Hike Details

We'll meet at the Puerto de Navacerrada Sky Resort at 9 am. Here, we'll provide you with the snowshoes and snow poles and explain how to use them for safe participation. After this explanation, you'll be ready to enjoy the snowy Sierra de Guadarrama.

Geared up with snowshoes and poles, we'll start a 6.2-mile (10-kilometer) hike through the mountain's snow-covered scenery, embarking on the Schmid Trail towards the Siete Picos (Seven Peaks). Mid-way, we'll take a brief stop to rest and admire the views.

Afterward, we'll begin our return journey to the Puerto de Navacerrada Ski Resort, passing through pristine snow. We will return to the starting point by 2 pm.
