Hike Details

We'll meet at the Puerto de Navacerrada Sky Resort at 9 am. Here, we'll provide you with the snowshoes and snow poles and explain their use for safe participation. After this explanation, you'll be ready to enjoy the snowy Sierra de Guadarrama.

Geared up, we'll begin a 6.2-mile (10-kilometer) hike through the mountain's scenery, starting on the Schmid Trail toward the Siete Picos (Seven Peaks). Midway, we'll take a short rest stop to admire the views.

Afterward, we'll head back to the Puerto de Navacerrada Ski Resort, passing through soft and smooth pristine snow. We'll conclude our hike back at the starting point at 2 pm.
