Hike Details

We'll meet at the Puerto de Navacerrada Sky Resort at 9 am. Here, we'll provide you with the snowshoes and snow poles and explain how to use them for a safe experience. After this brief explanation, you'll be ready to enjoy the snowy Sierra de Guadarrama.

Geared up with our snowshoes and poles, we'll start a 6.2-mile (10-kilometer) hike through the mountain's white scenery. We'll embark on the Schmid Trail toward the Siete Picos (Seven Peaks). Midway through our hike, we'll make a brief stop to rest and admire the views.

Afterward, we'll begin our return to the Puerto de Navacerrada Ski Resort, passing through pristine snow. We'll reach the starting point at 2 pm.
