Hike Details

We'll meet at the Puerto de Navacerrada Sky Resort at 9 am. Here, we'll provide you with the snowshoes and snow poles and explain how to use them to participate in the activity safely. After this brief explanation, you'll be ready to enjoy the snowy Sierra de Guadarrama.

Geared up with our snowshoes and poles, we'll start this 6.2-mile (10-kilometer) hike through the mountain's white scenery, embarking on the Schmid Trail toward the Siete Picos (Seven Peaks). Mid-way through our hike, we'll make a brief stop to rest and admire the views. Don't forget to take a picture!

Afterward, we'll begin our journey back to the Puerto de Navacerrada Ski Resort. During the return journey, we'll also pass through pristine snow, which will feel soft and smooth. We'll reach the starting point at 2 pm.
