Neo-Medieval Fortresses Hike
At the time of your choice, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Ceuta and drive to the Sierra Bullones to start a 6-kilometer hiking route. Walking through the seven hills that separate Spain from Morocco, we'll discover the history of the neo-medieval forts that crown them. These fortifications were erected in the mid-19th century after the Spanish victory in the Battle of Wad-Ras. The towers have since served to protect the border.
During the hike, we'll admire the towers of Piniés, Aranguren, Ányera, Mendizábal, Isabel II, Francisco de Asís as well as the fort of Príncipe Alfonso. We'll follow an uphill path of moderate difficulty along the natural border between Europe and Africa - an intercontinental trail with surprising landscapes. After approximately three hours of activity, we will return to the vehicles and drop you off at your hotel.

This tour includes hotel pickup in Ceuta. If you're not staying in the city, we'll pick you up at the maritime station.
