Chamarel Waterfalls Tour

We'll meet at the designated time at the entrance of the Chamarel Seven Colour Lands Geopark. This area is known for its captivating natural landscapes. After a brief introduction to the itinerary, we'll travel by 4x4 to key locations in Chamarel. Several stops will be made at viewpoints to admire the Chamarel waterfalls, the highest in Mauritius at a height of 100 meters.

From the viewpoints, we'll continue to a plain to begin a 3 to 4-hour trekking route covering 4 kilometers to reach the waterfalls. The trek will involve various paths between 100 and 300 meters high and will include crossing a stream called Riviere du Camp, where the water level is manageable.

At the end of the stream, you'll find the Chamarel waterfalls, where you'll have 30 minutes of free time to swim in natural pools and explore caves behind the torrents. Finally, we'll return to the initial point of the trekking route and go back by 4x4 to the Seven Lands of Colours Geopark.

Upon reaching the Geopark, you will have the opportunity to explore it at your own pace, including its unique sand dunes with seven different shades.
