Heraklion & Knossos Palace Tour

We'll pick you up from your hotel in Chania at 6:30 am and depart for the Palace of Knossos, located 5 kilometers from Heraklion. A 20-minute breakfast stop will be included on the way.

After a two-hour drive, we will reach the Palace of Knossos. A guided tour of the archaeological complex will take place, visiting the well-preserved palace of the Minoan civilization.

During the exploration, we will discuss fascinating facts and myths related to this site, including the stories of King Minos, the Labyrinth, and Daedalus and Icarus. Experience Classical Greece!

Following the tour, we will proceed to Heraklion, where you will have three hours of free time to explore the capital of Crete. Options include visiting the harbor, enjoying a typical lunch, strolling through its streets, or exploring the Archaeological Museum, which houses the best collection of Minoan art in the world, including the sarcophagus of Agia Triada and the frescoes of the Minotaur and the Prince of the Lilies.

At 3:30 pm, we will depart Heraklion for Chania with a coffee break along the way, returning you to your hotel between 6 pm and 6:30 pm.
