Experience 9D cinema at Minoan's World in Chania, featuring vibrating seats and effects such as wind, snow, and smoke. The film presents numerous legends from Greek mythology and pivotal historical events, including the origins of Knossos and adventures of Icarus and Daedalus. You will be assigned seats upon arrival at the ticket office. After the cinematic experience, explore interactive sculptures and murals at the Minoan's World 3D Museum. The typical order of the visit is cinema first, but this may vary based on theatre availability.

Opening times

Select your desired time when reserving your visit. Minoan's World is open during the following slots:

Monday to Saturday: October 28 to November 4, from 11 am to 5 pm, with shows every half hour, the last show at 4:30 pm.Monday to Saturday: November 5 to November 30, from 11 am to 4 pm, with shows every half hour, the last show at 3:30 pm.

The movie headsets are available in 11 languages: English, Greek, German, Polish, Russian, Dutch, French, Finnish, Danish, Norwegian, and Swedish.

Children under 3 years old

All ages are welcome! Children under 3 years old go free if they sit on their parent or guardian's lap during the screening. A child's ticket is required if they need their own seat.
