Tour Details

At the scheduled time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Chaves aboard a 4x4 vehicle. First, we'll head to the castle of Chaves, learning about this medieval fortification. We'll also visit the forts of São Francisco and São Neutel to explore their history.

The tour continues to Chaves' stone bridge over the Tâmega River, constructed under the order of Trajan, the first Hispanic emperor. We will then visit the notable place known as kilometre 0 to uncover its significance.

Next, we return to Chaves to visit its Roman thermal baths. After a journey of 3 hours, we will conclude the tour by taking you back to your hotel.
