Activity Details

We'll pick you up at your hotel in Chengdu and go directly to the Dujiangyan Panda Bear Reserve, located approximately two hours away.

Upon arrival at the reserve, we'll wear the same uniform as the staff and tour the facilities where the panda bears live. This area has bamboo and various vegetation.

Next, we'll observe how volunteers prepare the panda's food to feed them. The pandas have a diverse diet beyond bamboo. After assisting the workers with preparing the animals' sleeping areas, we'll have lunch in the employees' cafeteria.

After lunch, we'll watch a documentary about panda bears. Then, we will prepare a snack for the animals, a fruit and corn cake, which they enjoy.

Lastly, we will return, stopping briefly at Dujiangyan Zhongshug, known for its beautiful architecture and vast collection of books. We will then take you back to your hotel in Chengdu after 7 hours of activity.
