Night Tour of Chennai
At 7 pm, the tour begins at Fort St. George, where you'll learn about this 17th-century building, the first British fortress in India. Following this, we will visit St. Mary's Anglican Church, known for its white decoration and architecture.
Next, you'll encounter the Victory War Memorial, honoring the Allies' triumph in both World Wars, enhanced by the sunset's glow. The tour continues across the Napier Bridge, the city's oldest, followed by a view of the University of Madras, India's third oldest university.
We will also stop at the Anna Samadhi Memorial to learn about Conjeevaram Natarajan Annadurai, the last Chief Minister of Madras. The final stop is the Statue of Work on Marina Beach, set in one of Chennai's liveliest districts. The tour concludes at 9 pm, allowing for further exploration of the nightlife.
