Doi Inthanon Trip

At the scheduled time, we'll pick you up at the Tha Phae Gate in Chiang Mai and travel by minibus towards Doi Inthanon National Park. Our first stop will be the Wachirathan and Sirithan waterfalls. We will then visit the twin stupas or pagodas of Napamatanee Don and Napaphon Bhumisiri, after which you will have an hour free for lunch on your own.

After lunch, we will visit Doi Inthanon National Park, the highest point in Thailand at an altitude of 8,200 feet (2,500 meters). We will then meet various members of the Karen Hill tribe in a village called Mae Klang Luang. After learning about the customs and traditions of this indigenous culture, we will return to Chiang Mai, with arrival scheduled 7.5 hours after pickup.
