Enjoy an unforgettable day trip to an elephant conservation center in Chiang Mai.
Description
Pickup will be from your hotel in Chiang Mai between 7 and 8 am, followed by breakfast. After a 1.5-hour drive, we will arrive at the Elephant Conservation Center.
The center's managers will provide information about their conservation project. Then, you will be able to feed the elephants cucumbers. Following this, we will walk 1.5 miles (2.5 km) alongside the elephants to a river to observe how they bathe. A vehicle will then take us to a nearby waterfall, where swimming is permitted.
After swimming, we will have lunch at a local restaurant, typically offering a meat dish, papaya salad, fried rice, and vegetables, with vegan or vegetarian options available upon request.
We will return to your hotel in Chiang Mai, arriving between 4 and 5 pm.
Hotel pickup
Pickup is included for hotels within a 1.2-mile radius (2 km) of Chiang Mai. For locations outside this range, guests will need to reach one of the designated pickup hotels. Details will be provided after booking confirmation.
