Chiang Rai Guided Tour
After being picked up from your hotel at 8:30 am on the day of your tour, you'll set off on your guided tour of Chiang Rai.
Thailand's northernmost province is home to architecture and culture that represent the fusion of Thai and Burmese styles. The first stop is Wat Phra Kaew, a Buddhist temple built in the 14th century under the Lanna Empire, where the revered Emerald Buddha was discovered, now displayed as a replica at the temple.
Next, enjoy a traditional long tail boat ride on the Kok River, offering a new perspective of the city. You'll see monuments and houses along the riverside and approach Tham Phra Cave, a sacred place with a Buddhist temple built inside a cave.
At the end of the four-hour long guided tour of Chiang Rai, you'll be dropped off at your hotel in the city centre.
