Chiang Rai Guided Tour
After being picked up from your hotel at 8:30 am on the day of your tour, you'll set off on your guided tour of Chiang Rai.
Thailand's northernmost province is home to enchanting architecture and fascinating culture representing the fusion of Thai and Burmese styles on their joint border. Your first stop will be at Wat Phra Kaew, a 14th-century Buddhist temple under the Lanna Empire. Here, you can see a replica of the revered Emerald Buddha.
After exploring the architectural and religious details of Wat Phra Kaew, the tour will continue with a ride on a traditional long tail boat along the Kok River. This excursion offers a different perspective of the Thai city as you cruise by various monuments and houses along the riverside.
You will also approach Tham Phra Cave, where a Buddhist temple is located inside a cave. At the end of the four-hour guided tour, you will be dropped off back at your hotel in the city centre.
