If you are a film enthusiast, come and explore this walking tour of iconic film and television locations in Chicago! Our journey includes memorable sites from Ferris Bueller’s Day Off, The Untouchables, The Dark Knight, The Bear, and several others.

Tour Overview

We will convene at the appointed hour in front of the Roosevelt University Auditorium Building located at 430 S Michigan Avenue to embark on our exciting tour of Chicago’s cinematic landmarks. As we navigate through the bustling downtown core, we'll seek out the various filming sites of celebrated movies and television series.

Along the way, you'll encounter renowned structures like the Willis Tower as well as noteworthy attractions such as the striking Calder's Flamingo sculpture. Interestingly, both make an appearance in the film All in One Day.

Enjoy highlights from numerous films including Tom Hanks' Road to Perdition, Sandra Bullock's While You Were Sleeping, Robert De Niro's The Untouchables, and Johnny Depp's Public Enemies. Popular television series such as High Fidelity will also feature prominently during our trek.

As we walk through this vibrant city, we will visit additional notable spots like the Chicago Museum of Art and Millennium Park before reaching the apartment that served as Batman’s home in The Dark Knight. Transitioning from the world of superheroes, we will also catch a glimpse of the filming locations from the beloved film Home Alone.

After an engaging two hours, our exploration of television and movie sets will conclude on N Orleans Street.
