Explore Chicago's most iconic landmarks on a free walking tour, including a park on Lake Michigan.
Tour Highlights
At the scheduled time, we’ll meet at Daley Plaza, next to the Picasso statue to begin our tour. We will visit must-see spots in the city.
While at the meeting point, we will discuss the creator of the famous sculpture in the square, diving into Chicago’s urban art scene.
From there, we will stroll through the Theater District and discuss Chicago’s architectural history, including the first skyscraper and the Willis Tower, which was the world’s tallest building for decades.
Next, we’ll visit the Art Institute of Chicago, founded in 1879 and recognized as one of the world’s best art museums.
We will continue to Millennium Park, visiting notable spots like the Lurie Garden, reflecting Chicago’s motto: “city in a garden.” We’ll learn about the park's creation on the shores of Lake Michigan and its role in transforming Chicago.
After 2.5 hours, we’ll conclude the tour in front of the Wrigley Building, with views of the Chicago River.
