At the indicated time, we'll meet at number 87 of Ctra. de Medina de Chiclana de la Frontera and head towards the Costa del Atún, the most famous coastal area of the province of Cádiz.

Our first stop will be Bolonia Beach, where the Baelo Claudia archaeological site is located. We will learn about this ancient Roman enclave while walking through the remains of its salting factory, where garum was produced, a sauce used in many Roman dishes.

After exploring Baelo Claudia's history, we'll continue along the coastline to Tarifa, the southernmost city in Western Europe. We will take a guided tour of its old town, visiting the Puerta de Jerez, the church of San Francisco, and the exterior of the Castle of Guzmán el Bueno. Following this, you will have one hour of free time to enjoy a local meal, with traditional tuna recipes being a highlight.

We will return to the meeting point after a total of 8 hours.
