Day Trip Details

We will start the day by picking you up from your hotel and heading to La Union. Upon arrival, we will switch to an off-roading vehicle to reach the Conchagua Volcano.

During our ascent, you will see the surrounding landscapes, including Cerro Ocotal and Cerro Banderas. At the summit, we will visit the platform of the Esprit de la Montaña lookout for panoramic views.

Capture the beauty of the Gulf of Fonseca, leading to the Pacific Ocean, with views of Honduras and Nicaragua in the distance. If desired, you can purchase a traditional snack at a local food store at the top. Following this, we will embark on a short hike to explore the area’s fauna.

We will descend the volcano in an off-roading vehicle back to La Union. After switching vehicles, we will return to El Cuco and Las Flores, concluding our 8-hour trip with a drop-off at your hotel.
