Description

At the indicated time, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Chivay, and we'll head south. The first stop will be at the Andean viewpoint of Pata Pampa, where we'll enjoy views of the volcanic mountain range. After this, we'll proceed to the Salinas y Aguada Blanca National Reserve, known for its captivating landscapes.

In this protected area, we'll observe populations of llamas, vicuñas, alpacas, and other native Andean animals. We will also learn about the environmental features of the area. The route will continue to Patahuasi, where participants can drink an Inca mate to help with altitude sickness.

During the stop in Patahuasi, we'll view the Misti and Chachani volcanoes. Afterward, we will head to Lake Lagunillas to see its flamingos and Andean gulls. The tour will conclude after 6 hours at the Plaza de Armas of Puno.
