For an easy start to a magical day in pure nature, you'll be picked up from your hotel in Luang Prabang. After approximately one hour of journey by comfortable minibus, enjoying spectacular views as you drive along the banks of the Mekong River, you'll arrive at your destination: the Kuang Si Waterfalls.

In the midst of luscious green forest, water cascades over different levels of moss-covered rocks reaching 160 feet (50 m) in height. Here in the peace and quiet of rural Laos, you'll have free time to enjoy the impressive falls at your own pace.

As well as enjoying the incredible views, you can even enjoy a swim in the azure waters of the naturally-formed pools located underneath the falls. A truly unique experience that you won't forget easily.

There are also a number of hiking routes that connect the different parts of the waterfalls, so the more adventurous among you can explore the jungle even deeper.

After making the most of Kuang Si, you'll catch the minibus back to Luang Prabang, where you'll be dropped off in the city centre.
