Electric Bike Tours from Castro

On this excursion from Castro, you'll embark on an electric bike route through the landscapes of Chiloé. You can choose between tours through Quinchao, Lemuy, Rilán, or Queilen.

Options

When you reserve, choose one of the following electric bike tours from Castro. All include transfers and a support vehicle. Depending on the option, a guide may or may not be included:

Quinchao Island guided tour (8-9 hours)

Pick-up at 9 am from your hotel in Castro to Dalcahue pier, followed by a boat to Quinchao Island. The 25-kilometer (15.5-mile) electric bike tour begins with snacks at the Changuitad viewpoint and visits to Curaco de Vélez before lunch. The tour concludes with a return via ferry to Dalcahue and transfer back to your hotel.

Quinchao Island self-guided tour (8-9 hours)

After 9 am pick-up from your hotel, take the ferry to Quinchao. Cycle at your pace through Curaco de Vélez and other spots, concluding in Achao. Oyster tasting costs between 3000CLP and 5000CLP. Transfer back after the tour.

Lemuy Island guided tour (10-11 hours)

Departure at 8:30 am from your hotel to the Huicha dock for a ferry to Chulchuy and an 28-kilometer (17 miles) bike route. Stops include Ichuac Church and Puqueldón for lunch, concluding with ferry return to Huicha and transfer to Castro.

Lemuy Island self-guided tour (10-11 hours)

After pick-up, take the ferry to Lemuy Island for self-paced cycling. Entrance fees: 2000CLP per person to pier and Parque Yayanes. Complete the route in Aldachildo for a ferry return.

Rilán guided tour (8-9 hours)

Pick-up at 9 am to Rilán peninsula for a 30-kilometer (18.6-mile) route. Stops include Rilán village and various viewpoints, with a local dish for lunch before returning to Castro.

Rilán self-guided tour (8-9 hours)

Self-guided cycling starts at Rilán peninsula. Optional lunch for 15000CLP. Pick-up concludes the tour back to your hotel.

Queilen guided tour (10-11 hours)

Departure at 8:30 am to the Queilen peninsula for a 21-kilometer (13 miles) tour, including visits to Lelbún and Church of Aituy. A boat ride to see dolphins and penguins includes seafood tasting before returning to your hotel.
