Tepuhueico Lake Boat Ride

Enjoy a relaxing boat ride along the Tepuhueico Lake and admire the natural wonders on Chiloé Island.

Description

At the scheduled time, we'll collect you from your hotel or the Tepuhueico Park Lodge to begin this boat ride on the Tepuhueico Lake. Once aboard, we'll sail along the lake, which has a surface area of almost 2000 hectares. We'll explore the wooded area and take in the beauty of the landscape. A stop will be made near a hiking trail close to Los Codos River for a short stroll.

Afterward, we'll return to the boat and head to the source of the Bravo River, where we'll disembark again and walk to the Waterfall Viewpoint for views of a waterfall.

Next, we'll have a break at Plaza Los Mañíos Square, featuring large trees over 600 years old. After approximately 3.5 to 4 hours, we'll return to the original meeting point to conclude the activity.

Pickup

This tour includes pickup from the hotels in Castro and Chonchi. If you are staying elsewhere on Chiloé Island, you can select the option without pickup and meet the group at the Tepuhueico Park Lodge.
