Tepuhueico Lake Boat Ride

Enjoy this relaxing boat ride along the Tepuhueico Lake and admire the natural wonders on Chiloé Island in a unique way.

Description

At the scheduled time, we'll collect you from your hotel or the Tepuhueico Park Lodge to begin this boat ride on the Tepuhueico Lake. Once aboard, we'll start sailing along the lake, which has a surface area of almost 2000 hectares. We'll tour this wooded area and appreciate its landscape, making a stop near a hiking trail close to Los Codos River.

After a short stroll, we'll board the boat again and head to the source of the Bravo River. Upon arrival, we'll disembark and head towards the Waterfall Viewpoint for views of a stunning waterfall.

Next, we'll take a short break at Plaza Los Mañíos Square, one of the most significant locations in the park, notable for its large trees over 600 years old. After around 3.5 to 4 hours, we'll return to the original meeting point to conclude this activity.

This tour includes pickup from the hotels in Castro and Chonchi. If you're staying elsewhere on Chiloé Island, you can choose the option without pickup and meet the group at the Tepuhueico Park Lodge.
