Hiking in Yanachaga Chemillén National Park

You'll be picked up at your hotel in Oxapampa at the designated time and head towards the Yanachaga Chemillén National Park, a key conservation area in the Amazon basin.

Approximately 30 minutes after departure, we will reach the viewpoint of the Bosque de Neblinas within the park. Our tour will include a visit to the El Cedro Control and Surveillance Post.

As we continue, we'll identify significant species of the region, including the tree of Diablo Fuerte and a significant area of ficus. If desired, you can access a viewpoint to admire parts of the Valley of Oxapampa. You will observe botanical species such as cedar and ulcuman, which are used for wood extraction.

Finally, we will return to your hotel in Oxapampa, arriving approximately 7 hours after pickup.
