Day Trip to Huánuco Spas

Your adventure begins with a pickup from your hotel in Tingo María at the agreed time, setting the stage for a journey through the picturesque landscape of the Huánuco region.

Our first destination is Las Alcantarillas, a serene natural spa. We will stroll for approximately 15 minutes through lush coffee, cocoa, and banana plantations until we reach the stunning Santa Carmen waterfall. Here, you’ll find ample opportunity to enjoy a revitalizing swim and relax in the clear waters. Don’t forget to bring your swimsuit!

After experiencing this idyllic spot, we will head to the Cueva de las Pavas spa, a magnificent gorge shaped by the river's flow. We will share insights about the manacaraco bird, also known as pava, which is tied to the local lore. You'll have free time to wander and enjoy the natural pools as well.

After approximately three hours of relaxation and exploration, we will make our way back to Tingo María and drop you off at your hotel.
