Your adventure begins at a time that is convenient for you, as we will collect you from your hotel and transport you to Tingo María National Park, situated just south of the city that shares its name.

This ecological haven spans 4,777 hectares of lush jungle and features the renowned mountain range known as La Bella Durmiente (Sleeping Beauty), along with an intricate system of underground caverns. Throughout this excursion, we will take in the breathtaking sight of these majestic mountains while uncovering the intriguing legend associated with their captivating title.

Our first destination will be Cueva de Las Lechuzas (Cave of the Owls), a remarkable karst cave adorned with stalactites and stalagmites and filled with unexplored passages. The cave is home to diverse native species including bats, guacharos, parrots, and swallows. Are you ready to venture inside?

After exploring the cave, we will visit a handicrafts center within the park, where you can appreciate the traditional artistry of the local Indigenous Peoples. Following this, we will take a break at the Aguas Sulfurosas natural spa, a thermal retreat famous for its therapeutic waters.

After around five hours of adventure in Tingo María National Park, we will escort you back to your hotel, concluding a day filled with discovery.
