Salamanca Island Road Park Hiking Tour
At 7 am, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Ciénaga to head towards the Salamanca Island Park Road, with a travel time of about an hour and a half.
Upon arrival, we'll start exploring this nature reserve on the Colombian Caribbean coast. Remember to bring your camera!
Throughout the day, we'll hike for approximately four hours to observe this fascinating ecosystem, designated a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO in 2000.
During the hike, we will encounter mangrove forests, marshes, and beaches while looking for local wildlife. The area is known for its diverse species, including a site referred to as the 'international bird airport.'
At noon, we'll take a break at a local restaurant for a snack before continuing.
We will return to your hotel in Ciénaga by around 2 pm.
