Are you brave enough to face the white waters of Chile's Patagonia? Don't miss this rafting activity on the Palena River - It'll be a pure adrenaline rush!
Description
We'll meet at the scheduled time at Number 350 on Calle 5 de Abril, La Junta. From there, we'll travel to the Rosselot River to set up the necessary equipment.
After learning basic safety rules, we'll paddle for about 1km (0.62 miles) along the Rosselot River until reaching the confluence with the Palena River, where the rafting descent will begin.
We will raft for approximately 2 hours on the Palena River, a major current in the Aysén Region of Chile's Patagonia, flowing into Puerto Raúl Marín Balmaceda. The descent will conclude at a nearby beach.
After the rafting, we’ll enjoy a light snack while taking in the scenery around the Palena River, which runs through a lush landscape of Patagonian forests.
Finally, we will return by vehicle to the starting point in La Junta, concluding the activity after approximately 5.5 hours.
