Description

Depart from Abraham Manila (Abraham Hostel) on an excursion to Mount Pinatubo, known for the world's second-largest volcano eruption of the 20th century. The surrounding landscapes are remarkable.

The day begins with a bus ride to Camp Kainomayan, followed by an exciting off-roading experience that leads to the trailhead for our Pinatubo hike. We will navigate through extensive volcanic lahars and cross small streams, experiencing the area's unique natural features.

Next, we will hike through the volcanic crater, where we will encounter a stunning lake with turquoise waters ideal for photography. We will pause for lunch in this natural setting.

On our return journey in the off-roading vehicle, we will visit an Aeta village, home to one of the first indigenous populations in the Philippines. Here, we will learn about their history and daily life.

We will conclude this 17-hour adventure by returning to the pickup point.
