Description

Depart from Abraham Manila (Abraham Hostel) on an excursion to Mount Pinatubo, known for the world's second-largest volcano eruption of the 20th century. The landscapes are stunning.

The day begins with a bus ride to Camp Kainomayan, where an off-roading experience will take us to the trailhead for our Pinatubo hike. We will navigate through extensive volcanic lahars and cross small streams, engaging with the unique terrain.

Next, we will hike through the volcanic crater, reaching a striking lake with turquoise waters ideal for photographs. We will also take time to enjoy lunch in this remarkable setting.

On our return journey in the off-roading vehicle, we will visit an Aeta village. The Aeta people are among the first indigenous populations in the Philippines. Our visit will provide insights into their history and daily life.

The adventure lasts approximately 17 hours, concluding with a return to the pickup point.
