Swim in five of the idyllic Huasteca waterfalls with this fantastic trip from Ciudad Valles. You'll discover the beautiful cascades of Micos, Toro, Minas Viejas, El Salto, and El Meco.

We'll pick you up at your hotel at 9 am from Ciudad Valles for the Micos River, a 40-minute drive away.

Once we arrive, we'll take a gentle stroll along the riverbank to reach the Cascada de Micos, which is over 49 metres (160 ft) high! We'll enjoy this sight and take a dip in the plunge pool.

Next, we'll continue walking to the Cascada del Toro falls, known for its emerald water, ideal for swimming. We'll return to the bus and head to El Naranjo, about an hour away.

Here, we'll explore the Minas Viejas Waterfall, swim in the pool, and recharge with a tasty energy bar and iced tea. After a 50-minute drive through the rainforest, we'll visit the El Salto waterfall, which falls 70 metres (230 ft). We'll have about half an hour to swim in its clear waters.

The last waterfall we visit will be the Meco Waterfall, which is 35 metres (115 feet) high. Afterward, we'll return to El Naranjo for a lunch with a drink and a traditional dish.

Finally, we'll return to Ciudad Valles at 7 pm and drop you off at your accommodation.
