Rappel & Waterfall Jumping in the Huasteca Cascades

We'll pick you up from your hotel in Ciudad Valles at 9 am and take a 40-minute journey to the Micos River to explore the Cascades of the Huasteca. Upon arrival, we'll receive a brief presentation from the monitor, after which we'll start the river circuit. We'll see the Cascada del Toro (Bull's Waterfall) and a small 5 metres (16-foot) waterfall for the first jump.

The adventure continues with 5 more waterfalls. Participants averse to heights can choose to jump only at the smaller waterfalls, including one that's only 15 cm (6 inches) high.

Next, we'll travel to the Minas Viejas spot, approximately 2 hours away, enjoying an energy bar and iced tea during the trip. Once arrived at Minas Viejas Waterfall, we will prepare for rappelling.

For about 2 hours, we'll descend the waterfall, appreciating the landscape and refreshing ourselves in the water. Afterward, lunch will be provided at a local restaurant featuring a traditional dish cooked in wood and a drink.

At 6:30 pm, we will return to Ciudad Valles and drop you off at your accommodation, concluding the trip.

Pickup occurs only at hotels within Ciudad Valles. For accommodations outside the city, there is an additional charge based on location.
