After picking you up at your hotel in Ciudad Valles at 7 am, we'll head to Aquismón for a day of adventure, with a minibus ride taking about an hour and a half.

Upon arrival, we'll have a filling breakfast of coffee, enchiladas, chilaquiles or scrambled eggs, depending on the season, to energize before abseiling.

The term 'sótano' translates to 'basement' but refers to pit caves that are deep abysses. During the tour, we'll explore 'sótano El Cepillo', one of the most renowned in Aquismón.

Equipped with all necessary safety equipment, we'll begin our descent through this grotto, which features a vertical drop of almost 160 metres (524 feet).

Accompanied by instructors, we'll delve into the depths of the Huasteca Potosina to appreciate its scenic beauty. In the last section, we'll find a small natural pool of turquoise waters where you may take a dip if desired.

After resting inside the cave, we'll ascend back to the surface. Afterwards, we'll enjoy a lunch consisting of a dish and a drink at a nearby restaurant.

The excursion concludes at 7 pm, followed by a drop-off at your hotel.
