Once the reservation is made, you'll receive codes to complete the online course from home to obtain your PADI Open Water certificate.

Day 1: Practice in confined waters

On the first day, you will meet at the dive center located at Carrer des Canal 421. You will receive a theoretical explanation and take a 50-question theoretical exam to confirm your understanding of the concepts.

Afterwards, you will head to the Minorcan coast for the first technical exercises in a calm, shallow water area, allowing for practice in a safe environment.

Days 2 & 3: Practice in open waters

The second and third days will focus on testing the knowledge gained. Activities will include controlling buoyancy, underwater orientation, and assisting a partner with oxygen issues. Two dives will be conducted each day to learn the necessary techniques for independent diving.

On the last day, you will return to the dive center to receive your PADI Open Water certificate, if all exercises are successfully completed.

Important Information

A medical certificate must be presented before taking the course to prove you're in optimum condition for this sport.You must wait at least 24 hours after the activity before flying or going to high altitude areas.
