At your chosen time, we'll meet in via Prato del Turco, near the port of Civitavecchia. From there, we'll begin a walking tour to discover the flavours and aromas of this city.

Our first stop will be a wine shop, where we'll taste a delicious aperitif consisting of cold meats, olives, bruschetta, taralli, and cheese, paired with a glass of white and red wine.

Following this tasting, we'll walk through the historical centre of Civitavecchia, visiting the ancient Roman port and the impressive Fort Michelangelo, a significant medieval fortress in Lazio.

Next, we'll visit the city's market to learn about essential ingredients of Italian cuisine. Here, we'll taste another typical product - three different slices of pizza: margherita, seafood, and mushroom and sausage pizza.

Finally, we'll head to a patisserie for coffee and a delicious sweet. After three and a half hours of walking, we'll conclude the food route close to the starting point.
