Italian Cooking Class with Lunch

At the indicated time, we'll meet at the Food and Tour store to start this gastronomic experience around Civitavecchia.

First, we'll visit a local market, where we'll purchase ingredients for our menu, browsing various meat, fish, fruit, and vegetable stalls to select quality products.

After the market tour, we'll head to a restaurant where a professional mamma chef will show us how to prepare tasty Italian delicacies. We'll learn to prepare traditional Italian recipes such as gnocchis, sauces, and a typical dessert, and understand the importance of gastronomy to Italian culture. After cooking, we'll have a delicious lunch of the dishes we've prepared.

The Italian cooking class will end after about 4 or 5 hours.
