Tarquinia Excursion
At the indicated time, we'll pick you up at the cruise port of Civitavecchia and travel by minibus to Tarquinia, 20 minutes away.
Upon arrival, we'll head over to Etruscopolis, an underground museum that recreates an Etruscan city from the 4th century B.C. Discover tombs, houses, and objects depicting scenes from daily life of this civilization.
Following the visit to Etruscopolis, you will have free time for lunch. Then, we'll take a walking tour of the historic centre of Tarquinia to see the façade of monuments like the communal palace, the medieval towers, and the Santa Maria di Castello Church.
After six hours of exploring, the tour will conclude back at the starting point.
Return to Civitavecchia
When booking, select the time you wish to return to Civitavecchia. Departures from the port of Tarquinia are at 2:35, 3:35, and 4:35 pm.
