Hike Details
We'll meet at the designated time at 933R North Rd before heading towards Duder Regional Park, which spans 148 hectares of diverse landscape, including rugged cliffs and native forests.
This guided walking tour includes different landscapes and secluded coves. We will discover the area's rich history and stop at Maraetai Beach for a short rest and photo opportunities from the jetty.
Then, we will continue onto Duder Regional Park and set off along the Duder Coastal Clifftop Trail for views of the Hauraki Gulf. Participants will walk to various viewpoints through farmland while the guide shares geological information and conservation efforts. If time permits, we may also visit the Whakakaiwhara Point Peninsula.
After a total of 4 hours of hiking and enjoying the views, we will return to the vehicle and take you back to one of the meeting points in Auckland. See you again soon!
