Ballyconneely, on Connemara's coastline, is a notable location for surfing in Ireland. The lesson begins at the car park of Keogh's shop, where participants meet at their chosen time.

The session starts with theoretical learning, followed by practical balance exercises on the surfboard at the beach. The instructor will guide participants through essential techniques on the sand to ensure readiness for entering the water.

Participants will then surf along Connemara's coastline, including spots like Mannin Bay, while riding the Atlantic waves.

After 2 hours and 30 minutes of instruction and practice, the activity concludes with the return of the equipment to the meeting point.
