The excursion begins on Avenida Roque Saenz Peña in Clorinda, with pickup scheduled between 7:30 and 8:30 am.

Following a brief drive through the province of Formosa, we will arrive at the border area between Argentina and Paraguay, stopping at the La Molina campsite on the Argentinean side of the Pilcomayo River. Here, participants can choose to paddle in a kayak, canoe, or rabaska canoe, depending on their preference.

During the rowing portion along the winding meanders of the Pilcomayo River, we will see banks lined with traditional houses of local fishermen. An ornithologist guide will provide insights about the various bird species native to this region of South America.

The wetlands of Río Pilcomayo National Park support diverse habitats and ecosystems for wildlife, alongside lush jungle vegetation that enhances the landscape.

The tour concludes with a return to the La Molina campsite, where a light snack featuring local specialties will be served. Finally, we will drive back to Clorinda, arriving at approximately 10:30 am.
