Cochabamba Guided Tour

We'll meet at 2 pm in the central Plaza de Colón to begin our guided tour of Cochabamba. After admiring the square, the El Hospicio church and the Colón building, we'll set off on our walking tour of the city.

As we walk, we'll explore the murals dedicated to the women of Cochabamba, acknowledged for their bravery at the beginning of the 19th century. We'll learn about the significant mural pieces "Ángel Andino" and "Tinku Callejero".

Next, we'll head to the 25 de Mayo market, which showcases the daily lives of the inhabitants. Nearby, you'll have the opportunity to try phisara or pisara, a quinoa-based dish with fresh cheese and potatoes.

The tour will then continue to the Plaza 14 de Septiembre square, where we will admire the Catedral de San Sebastián, a 17th-century cathedral with a magnificent tower and large rose window. During this time, we will explain the Bolivian coat of arms and flag.

The guided tour of Cochabamba concludes in the Plaza 14 de Septiembre at 4:30 pm after a two-and-a-half hour walk through the city.
