At the indicated time, we'll meet at the Plaza de Colón and walk to the Convent of Santa Teresa.

Founded in 1760, this baroque-style monastery has been the residence of the Discalced Carmelite Sisters. It is an important example of the architectural and cultural heritage of Bolivia and has been recently restored.

The tour will explore different sections of the convent-museum, showcasing its solemnity and silence. Highlights include the mural paintings in some rooms and the church, where notable religious artworks are preserved on the main altar, including the central altarpiece with gold leaf decorations.

We'll also visit the cloister, featuring a stone arcade. After nearly 2 hours of exploring this significant religious site, the tour will conclude at the exit.
