We'll meet outside the Cochin Thirumala Devaswom (Gosripuram), where our specialist guide will be waiting. Then we'll set off on a tour of Mattancherry, a lively area of Kochi, to discover its gastronomic history, known for its variety of spices.

The aromas, colours and ingredients will dazzle you as we explore the area. On the tour, you'll taste over seven delicious local dishes, such as dhokla (batter made of rice and chickpeas), puttu (rice and coconut-based dish), pazham pori (fried plantain in batter), and putu mayam (rice noodles). You can also enjoy a chai latte tea to accompany the dishes!

Our tour will conclude after two hours exploring Kochi and its gastronomic culture.
