Kochi Street Food Tour

We'll meet outside the Cochin Thirumala Devaswom (Gosripuram), where our specialist guide in the gastronomy and culture of Kochi will be waiting for us.

Then we'll set off on a tour of Mattancherry, a lively area of Kochi. We'll walk through its streets to discover the gastronomic history of this city, known for its variety of spices.

The aromas, colours and ingredients will be highlighted as we explore the area. On the tour we'll taste over seven local dishes, such as dhokla (batter made of rice and chickpeas), puttu (a rice and coconut based dish), pazham pori (fried plantain in batter) and putu mayam (rice noodles). You can also enjoy a chai latte tea to accompany the dishes!

Our tour will end after two hours exploring Kochi and discovering the gastronomic culture of Kerala.
