Day Trip to Puerto Escondido

On this day trip to Puerto Escondido, we will discover its local culture, marine life, and landscapes.

Day Trip Details

At the designated time, we will pick you up from your hotel in Oaxaca. The journey lasts 2 hours, offering views of the Madre del Sur mountain range. You will see various fauna and flora along the way.

Upon arrival at Puerto Escondido, we will board a boat to explore Puerto Angelito, Manzanillo, Carrizalillo, and Zicatela beaches, well-known for surfing. We will then venture further out to sea to hopefully see dolphins, turtles, and whales.

Afterward, we will disembark at Zicatela Beach where you will have free time for the rest of the day to enjoy water sports, local cuisine, or participate in a turtle release activity if desired. After enjoying the sunset, we will return to Oaxaca. The total duration of the trip is 14 hours.

Hotel Pickup

Hotel pickup and drop-off services are included for those staying in central Oaxaca. If your hotel is outside this area, an alternative meeting point will be provided after booking.

Peak Season

During peak season (Holy Week, Day of the Dead, and Christmas), the pickup point will be the Church of La Merced.
