Your adventure begins with a pick-up at 8 am from your hotel in Oaxaca, as we set off towards San Sebastián de las Grutas, a quaint town recognized for its impressive cave systems.

Our first stop will be the fascinating caves of San Sebastián de las Grutas. These mysterious underground chambers are often described as the mystical underworld of Oaxaca.

As we navigate through the 420 meters of winding passages, you’ll have the opportunity to explore five impressive galleries, ranging in height from 20 to 70 meters (approximately 65 to 230 feet). Within these natural formations, you'll encounter a variety of limestone structures, and discover how to identify unique stalactites and stalagmites.

Upon completing our cave exploration, we’ll take a brief stroll through San Sebastián de las Grutas. You’ll enjoy an hour of free time in the town center, where you can savor lunch at your leisure.

Following your meal, we will return to Oaxaca, with an expected arrival time of 8 pm.
