Want to explore two of the most sacred places in Portugal? On this tour, we'll visit Fatima, world-famous for its sanctuary, and Nazare, a fishing village favored by surfers.

Fatima & Nazare Day Trip

At 9 am, we'll pick you up from your hotel and head to Fatima. Once we arrive, we'll walk through its streets to the famous Shrine of Fatima, one of the most important Christian temples, welcoming millions of pilgrims annually.

At the Chapel of Apparitions, we'll discuss the Virgin Mary's apparitions to the shepherds in 1917. We will also visit the Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary and the Church of the Holy Trinity, which features a modern style.

Next, we will take the minibus to the fishing village of Nazare, where you will have free time to try fresh seafood.

We'll then walk to the Chapel of Memory, located on the promontory in Nazare, which offers spectacular views. We will also visit the Sanctuary of Nossa Senhora da Nazare, a site of numerous pilgrimages over the centuries.

From Farol da Nazare, enjoy views of Praia do Norte, known for its surfing history, including Garrett McNamara's record-breaking wave surfed in 2011.

After 8 hours, we'll return to your hotel in Coimbra.
