Participants will meet at the designated location on the old road between Coimbra and Penacova, beside the Mondego River. The kayak tour will commence in Penacova.
Upon arrival, instructions will be provided, and kayaks will be distributed. The tour involves paddling through the scenic Mondego Valley, navigating around villages like Ronqueira and Louredo.
Participants can enjoy pauses for swimming and refresh themselves with a stop at a restaurant for food or drinks before returning to their kayaks. The return journey to Penacova will take place after the break, concluding the tour with arrival at the starting point scheduled between 5.5 and 6 hours after pickup.
