Mondego River Kayak Tour
We'll meet at 10 am on the old road between Coimbra and Penacova, on the banks of the Mondego River. From here we'll head to Penacova where our kayak tour will begin.
Upon arrival, we'll provide instructions and distribute the kayaks. Then we'll commence the tour. As we paddle, we'll admire the Mondego Valley and pass villages such as Ronqueira and Louredo.
We'll also see river beaches and navigate around the currents. You can jump out of your kayaks for a refreshing swim. At approximately 1 pm, we'll stop at a restaurant for food or drinks.
After the break, we'll return to the kayaks and head back to Penacova, departing for Coimbra and arriving between 3 pm and 4 pm.
