At the appointed time, we'll meet at the Taste of Africa restaurant. From there, we'll head to the Colchester Jetty to begin a canoe tour on the Sundays River, one of South Africa's important rivers.

The route will take us to the mouth of the Sundays, approximately 2.2 miles (3.5 kilometers) away. Throughout the canoe tour, we'll observe numerous birds, with around 210 different species in the area.

As we paddle down the river, we will also see the Alexandria Dunes and various wildlife along the shore. The canoe tour lasts two to four hours, depending on the tide and wind.
