Freycinet Peninsula & Wineglass Bay Lunch Cruise
We will meet on Jetty Road at the scheduled time to board a boat and start exploring the Freycinet Peninsula.
During the cruise, you will see the granite cliffs of the Freycinet National Park, its sea caves, and waterfalls. We will discuss the biodiversity of this part of Tasmania and look for dolphins.
We will visit Cooks and Bryan Beaches, navigate along the north coast of Schouten Island, and reach Wineglass Bay, known for its clear blue waters, white sand, and the pinkish tones from The Hazards mountain range.
Onboard, you will enjoy a meal that includes smoked meats, salads, cheeses, bread, fruit, and a sweet treat.
In addition to the views of Wineglass Bay, we will explore the early 19th-century history of the first European explorers in the area.
After 4 hours 30 minutes on the waves, we will complete our lunch cruise back at the starting point.
