Alsace Tour + Audio Guide

Kaysersberg, Riquewihr, Eguisheim and Haut-Koenigsbourg Castle are featured in this full tour of Alsace. Participants can explore these locations at their own pace with an accompanying audio guide and enjoy a wine tasting.

Description

We will meet at the Hotel Esquisse at the scheduled time. A minibus will be available to transport us to the towns of Alsace.

During the tour, there will be between 45 minutes to 2 hours of free time in each town to explore. The first stop is Eguisheim, known for its charming streets and its inspiration for the story of The Beauty and the Beast. Next, we will visit Kayserberg, notable for its picturesque houses and scenic views of the Weiss River. A visit to the Sigolsheim National Necropolis will follow, providing historical context and views of the Alsatian vineyards.

After this, we proceed to Riquewihr, where there will be time to explore and take a break for food. The tour then continues to Haut-Koenigsbourg Castle, a fortress dating back to the 12th century, where participants can explore at leisure. Stunning views of the Vosgos Mountain Range, Alsatian plain, and the German Black Forest are also available.

Finally, after approximately 9 hours, the tour concludes and we return to the starting point in Colmar.
