Welcome to Choco-Story Colmar! On the day of your visit, go to 12 Place de la Cathédrale in Colmar.
Begin with a chocolate-making workshop, lasting 45 minutes, where you will learn techniques such as dipping while creating your own chocolate bars. An experienced chocolatier will guide you in crafting enjoyable creations to take home.
Afterward, explore the museum’s interactive exhibits and learn about the history of the cacao bean using an audio guide in English, covering cocoa's origins and its introduction to Europe by conquistadors in the 15th century.
Discover cocoa's significance in Mayan, Aztec, and Inca cultures while experiencing the aromas of different cocoa varieties at interactive stations. One highlight is a cocoa sculpture of the Statue of Liberty honoring Auguste Bartholdi, the statue's creator.
The visit concludes with a chocolate-tasting session.

Choco-Story Colmar Museum is open from Tuesday to Sunday from 10 am to 6 pm, with final admission at 5 pm.
The time is for the chocolate workshop; you can explore the museum either before or after.
