Private Tour of Cologne

At the time of your choice, we will meet at Domtreppen, the steps in front of Cologne Cathedral, where our private tour will begin. We will admire the impressive Gothic façade of the church, towering at 157 metres.

A few steps away, we will reach the Heinzelmännchenbrunnen, where the guide will reveal the legend behind the sculptures. We will then proceed to Rathausplatz and Alter Markt, seeing the Old City Hall built 900 years ago on a Roman praetorium.

We will stroll through the gardens along the Rhine River to the Fish Market, a square with charming houses. We will discover the history of the Willi Ostermann Brunnen Fountain before passing the Wallraf-Richartz and Kolumba museums, the latter incorporating ruins of St Kolumba Church.

We will make a stop at the Dufthaus 4711, one of the oldest perfumeries, and see the façade of EL-DE Haus, the former Gestapo headquarters, now a museum. The final stop will be at the Kölnisches Stadtmuseum before our two-hour tour ends at the Römerbrunnen fountain.
