Tour Details

At the designated time we'll pick you up from your hotel in Belo Horizonte and make our way to Brumadinho. Are your tastebuds ready to try Brazil's most famous drink and the delicacies of Minas Gerais?

Upon arrival at Brumadinho, we'll participate in two workshops focused on the typical charcuterie products of the area and some traditional drinks. We will explore their secrets, curiosities, and preparation techniques.

First, the cachaça workshop will include a welcome drink. We'll spend almost an hour learning about the most popular drink in Brazil and will try 4 different types of cachaça, a surprise drink, and a drink that you actually eat.

After this, we'll have a guided tour of a factory specializing in cold meats and sausages, learning about the ancestral techniques practiced by Minas Gerais butchers.

Finally, we'll enjoy a meal that includes a starter, a cold meats–based main course, and dessert.

At the end of the tour, we'll return to Belo Horizonte and drop you off at your hotel approximately four hours after pickup.

Hotel pickup and drop–off services are included for those staying in the centre or centre-south of Belo Horizonte. If your hotel is outside this area, we'll contact you to establish an alternative meeting point.
