Capitólio & Furnas Lake Experience

Upon collecting you from your accommodation in Belo Horizonte at the scheduled time, we will embark on a 4-hour voyage southward to Capitólio, a prominent tourist hotspot in the Brazilian state of Minas Gerais.

Following a brief exploration in Capitólio, we will proceed to Furnas Lake, affectionately dubbed "the sea of Minas Gerais". Once we arrive at the lakeshore, we’ll board a speedboat for an exhilarating ride that brings us face-to-face with the iconic Turvo River bridge.

As we glide across Furnas Lake, expect to witness the stunning Lagoa Azul and the enchanting Cascatinha waterfalls. We will also navigate by the picturesque Toucan Valley, which can only be accessed via the water. After this captivating adventure, we'll pause at the lake’s edge, where you’ll have an hour to relax, swim, or rejuvenate at nearby dining spots.

In the afternoon, our journey continues with a visit to the Diquadinha waterfall before heading to the Furnas Canyon lookout. The panoramic vistas here are truly breathtaking! This spectacular gorge ranks among the top natural wonders in Minas Gerais.
