If you're in Belo Horizonte, you cannot miss this excursion to the Sanctuary of Caraça, a significant center of worship in Minas Gerais.

At the scheduled time, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Belo Horizonte and drive south to the Caraça Sanctuary.

We will first stop at Caraça Park for a short 2 km walk to appreciate the landscapes of Cachoeira Cascatinha, a notable natural setting within the geological Cânions de Capitólio, where waterfalls can be observed.

After enjoying the scenery, we will head to a local restaurant for an hour-long lunch break. With renewed energy, we will visit the cultural complex of the Sanctuary of Caraça.

You will have approximately two hours to explore various buildings and monuments in the complex. This revered sacred center in Minas Gerais contains a church, a library, several gardens, and catacombs housing the remains of the founder of the Colégio do Caraça.

Finally, we will return to Belo Horizonte, with arrival at your hotel scheduled 11 hours after pickup.
